Delete my Dwayn account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, free of charge, without giving a reason.

From the app (immediate)

1. Open Dwayn and go to the "Me" tab.
2. Scroll down to "My account" and tap "Delete my account".
3. Confirm with your password, or by signing in with Google again if you created your account with Google.

If the app is no longer on your phone, you can do exactly the same from the web version: app.dwayn.app.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, write to contact@dwayn.app from your account's email address, with the subject "Account deletion". We delete the account within 30 days at most and confirm by email. We may ask you to confirm that you own the address.

What is deleted

Immediately and permanently: your account (email, first name, password, profile photo, Google link), your questionnaire answers, your programmes and workouts, your sets and records, your measurements and weight, your food journal and meal plan, your grocery list, your conversations with the coach, your friends, your score and points, your duels (they also disappear for your opponents) and the devices registered for notifications.

What is kept

• Backups: your data disappears from backups within 14 days of deletion at most.
• AI usage statistics: date, type of use, amount of text processed and cost, with no content and no link to you. Kept for cost tracking.
• On your phone, local data (preferences, not-yet-synced workouts) is erased when you uninstall the app.
